About Marea:
Marea has been providing real estate services in the anza area since 2004. In 2018 she became the new owner and broker of Overland Realty. Marea prides herself on team building and customer service. Her interests include growing grapes and wine making with her husband, Brian, homesteading, gardening and sharing through community opportunities to teach sustainability. On the board for high country conservancy and Anza ground water association (AGWA) . Excellence in service, handling unique situations and problem solving are Marea’s strengths. Creating a dynamic team to accomplish this is Marea’s goal.
About Annika:
Annika brings knowledge and expertise to both the buyers and sellers. Conditions are not the same in rural communities as in cities, so you need someone you can trust for up-to-date information. Certified as a SIG graduate, designating Annika as an expert who is ethical and knowledgeable. Annika takes the time to understand her client’s unique lifestyles, needs and wishes. Clients become friends and friends become clients.
In addition to her real estate career, Annika is very connected in the community as a volunteer member of various nonprofit boards, such as Anza Area Trail Town and KOYT radio, where she hosts her own weekly radio program. She is also co-owner of an Anza based business services provider. Annika has lived in Aguanga since 2007 and enjoys gardening with her 3 dogs and flock of chickens.
About Debbi:
Debbi began working in the real estate industry shortly after moving to Anza in 2014. She has also been involved in local organizations and events since then, and currently volunteers with the local chapter of 4-H and the Redshank Riders unit of Back Country Horsemen of California. She has a horse, a herd of dairy goats, chickens, and 4 dogs. Other interests include native plants, herbs, hiking, gardening, local history, and natural health. She decided to become a Realtor after realizing that her customer service skills, aptitude for marketing, attention to detail, and problem solving abilities can help both sellers and buyers achieve their goals and dreams.
About Sarah:
Sarah has lived in the area for over 25 years and although she is not a licensed agent, she is dedicated to assisting Marea in selling or buying your home. New to Overland Realty, Sarah brings our message and services to you by managing our social media and website. She is always happy to greet you with a smile and committed to you, our customer. When Sarah is out of the office, she enjoys time with her young daughter and her cat. In her free time, she also loves to cook, bake, and craft.
