About Hope:
Realtor working in OC, SD, LA, Big Bear Lake, Arrowhead Lake, and the IE. My background is that I started off working for developers, builders, then went into resale to represent both sellers and buyers. My experience includes working with clients to support their needs in selling or buying a short-term rental property and all the nuances that come with it, as well as the more contemporary, long-term rental 30+ days properties, and the pros and cons that come with that type of investment as it differs per jurisdiction. My family volunteers at shelters and has fostered or rescued animals as well as taken in some that were abandoned, but we are at max on that. We love to focus on our homesteading here in the rural countryside but also helping our long-term and new clients.
