Annika Knoppel

Annika loves helping buyers and sellers with all their property needs. As an agent who lives and works in this local area, Annika brings knowledge and expertise to both the buyers and sellers. Conditions are not the same in rural communities as in cities, so you need someone you can trust for up-to-date information. Certified as a SIG graduate, designating Annika as an expert who is ethical and knowledgeable when working with both buyers and sellers. Annika works with each client, taking the time to understand their unique lifestyles, needs and wishes. She will go the distance to meet with clients throughout Anza and Aguanga, Mountain Center, Garner Valley and surrounding areas.

In addition to her real estate career, Annika is very connected in the community as a volunteer member of various nonprofit boards, such as Anza Area Trail Town and KOYT radio, where she hosts her own weekly radio program. She is also co-owner of an Anza based business services provider. Annika has lived in Aguanga since 2007 and enjoys gardening with her 3 dogs and flock of chickens.
